Personality & modern elegance in a vibrant neighbourhood

X20 is showcased as a bespoke product designed with state of the art materials. The communication focused around the boutique experience that X20 will offer to its tenants. We decided to use a limited, elegant color palette with mustard like yellow to bring a bit of dynamic feeling to it. Consequently we used the color palette in both marketing materials & visualizations.
